As a Sales Manager, your role is to maintain our existing customer base and identify new accounts and drive sales growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identify new opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets and increase market share.
- Actively implement and execute on sales initiatives to drive business growth.
- Servicing existing customers, identifying and utilizing your key customer networks.
- Customer education.
What skills and experience must you have?
- Sales experience is preferable but not essential.
- Prior experience in nursing, anaesthetic technician, biomedical engineering will be an added advantage.
- Outstanding communication, sales skills and customer service.
- Leadership and organizations skills.
Candidates who may not have the necessary experience but have a passion and positive attitude, especially with nursing, anaesthetic technician, biomedical engineering or other medical background are welcome to apply.
Salary is negotiable based on your skills and experience. Salary package includes base salary, car allowance, fuel card and commission/ incentives.
