Join us and be a part of DSV's global family.DSV Air and Sea is seeking to hire a skilled and passionate Key Accounts Manager, Oil & Gas in Perth.The main focus of this role is to manage and develop Key Accounts within the O&G vertical, as assigned by the Commercial Manager, Projects. Manage & build relationships, account development and contribute to the overall profitability of DSV.Your typical day at DSV:
- Establish and maintain an effective customer management plan that includes a formalised review structure and business plan for each assigned client
- Develop new business opportunities and continually seek to expand DSV's share of our customer's business
- Work pro-actively with their assigned Key Accounts to improve our customer's awareness of 'Value Add's'
- Assemble rate proposals and support Tender Management for all assigned key customers
- Maintain customer rate cards and organisational information in CargoWise One (CW1)
- Support operational stakeholders in developing IOP's & SOP's through your sound knowledge of customer requirements
- Conduct customer visits & arrange monthly and/or quarterly business reviews
- Maintain relationships with assigned Key Accounts on an Oceania level
- Assist branches to develop local account management structures
- Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system and overseas networks
- Organise/attend regular customer meetings between DSV key personnel and customers to facilitate service improvements and consolidate customer relationships
- Source new logo accounts and build relationships within the Oil & Gas sector
