Position Purpose
They are looking for a motivated Sales Manager, reporting to the Commercial Director, to join their high-performance team and contribute to the company’s accelerated growth plan.
The role of the Sales Manager is to find, maintain and grow revenue across the company's products and services to a specified portfolio of partners. The Sales Manager must represent the broader business and will be responsible for an individual target, call rate and meeting quota with the key stakeholders within their client base.
Attributes for Success
- Over 5+ years in a B2B sales role (tech/events experience advantageous).
- Demonstrated customer service, relationship management skills.
- Organised and with strong attention to detail.
- Negotiation and proposal writing skills.
- Excellent communicator – written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities at any given time
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and strong work ethic
- A team player with a can-do attitude who helps to create a collaborative, positive and effective working environment.
