About the role
- Be a strategic member of the Solis Security team, with a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to define sales goals and objectives aligned with business objectives.
- Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Presenting company products to potential new clients at a C suite and senior stakeholder level.
- Developing account plans and strategies to meet client needs and achieve revenue targets.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the leadership team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in cybersecurity business development and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- CRM database management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales enablement materials, support lead generation efforts and align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build brand awareness and generate leads.
- Stay current on industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in cybersecurity to maintain a competitive edge.
About you
- Min 3+ years of experience B2B selling IT Solutions / Cyber Solutions / Software-as-a-Service (Saas) / Professional Services.
- Strong track record of achieving targets.
- A positive, enthusiastic, resilient and driven attitude, eager for career development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented mindset, able to anticipate challenges and develop creative solutions.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise in the IT sector - knowledge of IT security products is beneficial but not essential.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, both autonomously and within a team.
- Highly efficient, organised, and effective time management skills.
- Committed to continuous learning through workshops, seminars and conferences.
- A degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
- The ability to build great relationships.
- A passion for innovative technology and cyber security.
