In this role, you'll have the unique opportunity to fully immerse yourself in our business, people and products to understand the needs of our clients and success factors. You will have a strong grasp of the sales environment and lead by example in selling, coaching, training, and cultivating a positive workplace culture, all while engaging with a variety of customers directly.
Reporting to and supported by the Managing Director, your goal will be to foster our continued growth and maximise revenue through the delivery of sales operational strategy and project management across people and teams.

- Have a proven track record of success in sales, client relations, leadership and staff development – preferably within a commercial environment.

- Are known for your hands-on, proactive approach to project management to support staff as businesses and projects evolve.

- Collaborate strongly with our experienced management team to deliver on sales and client strategy.

- Build the professional skillsets of sales and administrative staff and the collaborative nature of teams.
- Identify and deliver on new business and customer support opportunities, funnelling these into our client service operation.
- Continuously develop knowledge of Nightlife products, services and processes in order to confidently facilitate the flow of projects, information and client solutions across teams.
- Consult with and provide feedback to the Product Marketing and Communications team to develop materials for lead generation, sales support and trade events.
- Generate and maintain KPI’s for the Sales Department and report on activity.
- Possess a high level of attention to detail and a proactive approach to all tasks undertaken.
