• Be part of the broader Metricon Sales leadership team, collaborating and sharing ideas with other Sales Managers across the national business
• Oversee a driven and hungry sales team selling award winning beautiful homes to Australian families, for Australia’s Largest home builder 8 consecutive years
• Based out of our Mt Waverley head office, Derrimut office and out on the road.
Reporting to the Head of Sales, your responsibilities will include:
- Achieving sales targets for the core Metricon Brands within the designated region
- Operate at both the strategic and operational level to develop and implement sales strategies, while coaching the team to support Metricon’s growth and dominance in the industry within its identified markets
- Achieve the monthly / annual budgets for sales & supporting activities
- Complete reporting as per business requirements
- Manage and motivate a talented sales force and assist in the training of support staff; and
- Implement strong sales strategies within the region to maximise efficiency, minimise costs, and develop a highly competent and professional team.

- Experience in Residential New Home Sales (or allied industries/roles)
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager overseeing a driven and hungry sales team
- A professional and innovative approach to creating new opportunities
- A proven track record in leading, training and coaching staff
- Experience in implementing business strategies and achieving targets; and
- A GREAT ATTITUDE!!!!
