Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets.
- Develop pricing, service, and product strategies to deliver innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with distributors to set goals and targets, fostering strong relationships.
- Work closely with retail partners to identify opportunities for brand visibility and optimal product placement.
- Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely product delivery to retail partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities in Australian and Chinese markets.
- Ability to travel as required for client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales, with proven key account management experience in the Beauty and Wellness industry.
- Passion for the cosmetic industry with a keen interest in design, beauty categories, and the healthcare sector.
- A creative thinker who encourages personal creativity and innovation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English at a business level.
- Full working rights in Australia.
- Full Australian Driver’s Licence.
