The Opportunity:
This is a hands-on leadership role that will see you collaborating with the individual team members to drive and execute the regional sales strategy while maximising key client relationships. You will have strategic ownership of the numbers, taking accountability for forecasting, budgets and achieving volume and margins targets. The successful candidate will lead by example, coaching and developing the team, while understanding and driving key stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate and execute company’s sales strategy. Take ownership of pipeline, forecasting and budgets
- Lead, Coach and Drive individual team members to achieve sales targets
- Key stakeholder management, drive and support new and existing profitable client relationships.
- Promote and demonstrate a positive and high performing team culture
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in planning, executing and delivering sales strategies in a similar environment.
- Ability to coach, lead, motivate and develop high performing teams and inspire results
- Exceptional written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Results driven. Outcome Orientated.
