The Harvey Norman Aspley Flooring Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Sales Manager to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.
As a Sales Manager, you have an understanding of the start to finish sales process, life at home solutions and a desire to find the best outcome for our customers.
To be successful you must:
· Have a passion for helping customers select and purchase flooring, carpets or rugs to improve their home
· Be highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills
· Enjoy working in a team environment
What we require:
· Experience in (or ability to work in) a customer focused, successful retail sales business
· Ability to learn and maintain an excellent level of product and process knowledge for flooring, carpets and rugs to support customer queries and generate sales
· Must be able to measure, draw, read plans and sell flooring products in home (or have experience in a similar industry)
· Current drivers license and own mode of transport is essential (preferable car or ute)
· Experience in a similar industry completing appointment setting and sales with an excellent sales track record
· Capacity to manage daily tasks with a flexible, 'can-do' attitude
· Customer service champion with very strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to think on your feet and manage daily work-flow with great organisational/prioritisation skills
· Ability to service your customers while managing work tasks around their needs
· Experience in making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services
· Passion to exceed individual and store sales targets
· Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades
