- Significant pre-owned Vehicle Sales management experience & proven history of success, qld sales licence, full QLD drivers licence.
- Exceptional mature attitude, positive mindset, a "can do" attitude with a willingness to succeed as a key figure of the senior management team working alongside the general manager & dealer principal.
- The ability and openness to follow a well-constructed blueprint for success while motivating and supporting your sales team - leading by example daily.
- A good understanding of the prestige-preowned vehicle market and good general basic mechanical knowledge.
- Exceptional presentation, keen eye for detail, a good understanding of the importance of world class facility and inventory merchandising, maintenance & presentation
- The ability to multitask, thrive under pressure and time constraints, work autonomously as well as a part of a close-knit team while utilising the latest tech, computer systems and apps
