This role will work closely with our platform team to manage our most exciting clients, from API implementation to post-go-live phases. You will collaborate with many teams across Airwallex, including sales, product, engineering, marketing, finance, and strategy.As a technology-minded Fintech enthusiast, you are eager to learn the ins and outs of our platform to solve complex problems. This will enable you to work with customers to understand their needs and how Airwallex can further provide value to their business.Your responsibilities will include:Taking a consultative approach with customers to ensure solutions suit their unique business needs.Building relationships with internal stakeholders to manage and optimise a complex sales cycle.Project managing complex customer projects across several technical and non-technical domains.Proactively identifying and solving client challenges.Achieving and exceeding sales target volumes and revenues.Reporting weekly and monthly performance against KPIs, metrics, and targets.Ensuring the best customer experience and onboarding process for new customers.Skills and experience you will bring:At least five years of experience managing complex technology sales to enterprise accounts (advantageous if this is in fintech).Relationship-building skills. You build meaningful, collaborative relationships with all your internal and external work partners.Exceptional communication skills. You should be comfortable conversing with people of all backgrounds and domains.Problem-solving skills.
