We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Manager – International Division to develop, maintain and manage new and existing business opportunities internationally for our current and future markets.
As a specialised sales role, you will be responsible to own the international retail, spa, wholesale and business development to increase market share, and identify new potential clients while nurturing and fostering relationships with current partners of the Sodashi brand!

Develop and manage; new & existing international business opportunities with a brand that is used by the most prestigious SPAs around the world.
Sodashi’s area of expertise is in the provision of all-natural products with organically grown ingredients; superior customer service that features customised training and personalised, prompt one-on-one service: from taking orders through to training staff.
Our focus is on creating strong long-term relationships with our spa partners and retailers (both brick & mortar and e-tailers) to ensure they maintain a sense of enthusiasm and motivation in using the extensive Sodashi range.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and leverage strategic relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, distributors, retailers, and industry contacts to support the attainment of business goals.
- Manage existing and new accounts ensuring a high level of client satisfaction through identifying areas in which new value can be added in addition to ensuring prompt resolution of any issues.
- Ensure sales forecasts and budgets are achieved along with divisional P&L management.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the diverse regions and customer needs and requirements*.
- Contribute to development and ongoing updating of financial and personnel budgets for approval by senior management.
- Provide continual input to the manufacturing forecasting process for the brand.
- Provide market intelligence to the marketing manager highlighting trends and NPD opportunities.
- Prepare monthly stock and sales reports.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and demonstrations.
- Prepare and deliver quotations and proposals.
- Strong analytical skills with extensive knowledge of the development of sales targets, budgets, and financial reporting.
- A thorough understanding of how to work with luxury and premium brands and distributors.
- A passion for superior product delivery and customer service and an appreciation for the need for a positive end-user experience.
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, MYOB, CRM (Insightly, Salesforce etc.).
Qualifications
You will ideally have:
- Tertiary / Degree qualifications in Business, Sales, or other relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar B2B, B2C Sales and Account Management role.
- Considerable commercial experience in professional beauty, retail, sales and/or spa industry.
- Proven, successful track record in new business development.
- Training and support experience and/or State Management within another skin care company.
- Extensive knowledge of, and a passion for, the wellness and beauty industry.
- You are a highly motivated, articulate team player who has a thorough understanding of how to work with luxury and premium brands as well as extensive knowledge of, and a passion for, the wellness and clean beauty industry.
* In this role you will be expected to travel internationally on a regular basis.
