THE POSITION
New Vehicle Sales Manager
Village Motors multi franchised dealership on Brisbane's North-side. Our current manager is off on a new adventure, we are looking for a experienced hands on Sales Manager, previous sales experience in a franchised dealership within the automotive sector is a must to be considered for this role. The ability to achieve large targets and deliver a great customer experience. We are all about our customers and our team members. We provide a safe work environment that offers a fantastic working culture for you to thrive in, with training and career advancement. An attractive remuneration package including a five day working week will be offered to attract the right person to the company.
The successful candidate for this role will have experience in a senior sales position or management and ready to take the next step up. This is a sole charge role requiring you to manage all aspects of your brand including selling, reporting, working with brand representatives and engaging within management team. Time management and multi-tasking ability will be key to your success along with the following skills:
- Proven sales track record
- Plenty of energy and passion for the business.
- Sound knowledge of the road to a sale process.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Sound knowledge of the sales process.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Proven ability to build rapport and successful relationships.
- The ability to work autonomously.
- Manual Open driving licence – no restrictions.
- Excellent customer focus
