Role Overview

As a Sales Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and nurturing relationships with our valued clients and sourcing new contacts. You will work closely with our diverse portfolio of clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailor-made event solutions that exceed their expectations. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and accounts to ensure seamless event execution and achieve client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Inbound and Outbound B2B site sales
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Developing and sourcing new exhibitors for all events
  • Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth and maximize client satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to new and existing clients.
  • Utilising CRM (Hubspot) software provided to perform your duties.

Experience

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Previous experience using HubSpot or other CRM systems.
