We have partnered with a Private Equity backed manufacturing company that are seeking their next Sales Manager to join them as they continue to grow their business.
Operating nationally in Australia, this company has developed their reputation as an esteemed brand in the agricultural manufacturing industry and are seeking a sales leader to help them achieve operational excellence.
As the Sales Manager, you will be reporting directly to the CEO and responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans and managing a high-performing sales team. This will also be an opportunity to establish sales processes. If you are a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of leading successful teams, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, direct and Implement Sales Strategies to optimise sales from both B2B and B2C customers.
- Lead the sales team to ensure the optimal mix of inbound, outbound and event activities are undertaken.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to stay ahead of the competition and provide key insights to the CEO and the Board.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and report to the CEO & Board of Directors.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Sales leadership experience: you will be able to demonstrate where you have led and mentored a sales team to hit sales targets.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and agility to support the growth of a business on a strong trajectory.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse market trends and competition.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a high-performing sales team.
- Experience in the agricultural industry or manufacturing industry would be highly regarded.
The Head Office is based in the regional North NSW and it is expected that the successful incumbent will be travelling to head office.
