The Opportunity:
Join us as the Southern Region Sales Manager, leading our Construction and Utility Equipment team in Victoria and South Australia. Drive sales growth, cultivate key account relationships, and expand our market presence.
Your role involves developing and supporting a small geographically dispersed Sales Team, fostering new customer relationships, and collaborating seamlessly with internal business units. As a people leader, you'll mentor and empower your team to achieve their full potential. What we are looking for:
- Effective communication skills to inspire and guide a sales team
- Demonstrated expertise in a leadership/management position
- Tertiary education in Business Management is advantageous but not mandatory
- Motivated to attain sales goals, improve margins, enhance efficiency, and ensure satisfaction for both customers and team members
- Experience in recognizing and cultivating business opportunities
- Background in high-value sales within construction, utility, or mobile plant industries
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and confidence in nurturing and expanding relationships
