The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic National Sales Manager to drive Anchor Safe's market growth and strengthen our position in the industry. This pivotal role involves defining long-term organizational goals, building key customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, negotiating and closing deals, and overseeing the Business Development Managers (BDMs) to ensure they meet their KPIs.
The Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support BDMs, ensuring they meet sales and quote targets.
- Handle incoming leads from marketing activities and direct them to BDMs.
- Utilize CRM systems to monitor prospects, leads, and sales pipelines.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with BDMs and design solutions to meet customer requirements.
- Provide clients with proposals using company quote systems and ensure follow-up.
- Process orders and manage thorough handover to the Operations team.
- Track projects throughout the installation stage and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify potential new products, markets, and services.
- Conduct regular job review meetings with the General Manager.
- Manage weekly and periodic KPIs, ensuring a positive sales culture within the team.
