About your role
- Higher level strategy to expand sales across a remote sales team
- Different strategies across Australian States, Government and Company Sizes
- Conduct sales training, ongoing support, industry knowledge
- Share your strong Saas Sales experience both onsite but mostly remotely
- Includes travel to meet with teams and clients when needed
- Currently 4 BDMs with more to be hired by you
- Remote teams are in QLD and NSW and new hires to be in VIC
About your BDMs roles
- Selling a payment platform to developers with $10 million+ projects
- Use a huge database of construction industry contacts for lead generation
- Consultative selling to management in SME to Mid-Market level
- Working with the best in the business with highly invested training
- Remote role with onsite visits needed at times for larger clients
Ideal skills and experience
- Strong Saas Sales Experience
- Experience selling FinTech and / or Construction Tech
- Proven track record successfully building sales teams in Tech Start Ups
- Experience managing teams remotely
- Enjoy connecting with people in the construction industry
- A Bachelor's degree is not required but preferred
