What will you be doing in this role:

• Manage all property marketing
• Create artwork via templates and manage approval deadlines
• Prepare open home and auction packs
• Oversee sales file compliance to meet legislative requirements
• Upload new listings online
• Oversee the database and entry of new listings
• Manage exchange to settlement paperwork
• Execute agency agreements and order contracts
• Upload open times, manage price adjustments
• Answer inbound calls and greet guests
• Order office and kitchen supplies

  
The right candidate will have:

• 2 years experience in a real estate sales admin role
• A solid understanding of the sales process
• Experience CampaignTrack and AgentBox desirable  
• Highly organised with the ability to manage deadlines  
• Razor sharp attention to detail
• A collaborative team player
• The ability to work in a paperless office
• Holding a Certificate of Registration
