Position Overview: As a Real Estate Sales Associate, you will work closely with a top-performing agent to facilitate the buying and selling of the highly sought after Parramatta and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for someone who is ambitious, goal-oriented, and eager to learn from the best in the industry under a Huge Brand. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist your lead agent in all aspects of the sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals.
- Conduct property viewings and provide clients with expert advice and guidance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry professionals.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, property values, and competitor activity.
- Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration essential.
- 2+ years experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and personal presentation.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
- Drivers license and reliable car.
