ABOUT YOU
In this position, you will be responsible for motivating, developing, managing and overseeing all aspects of the sales process with a strong focus on communication and people management of the Sales team
You will develop, manage and oversee all aspects of the Sale process with the purpose of achieving and exceeding budget, profitability and long term business objectives. The focus is on astute and timely sales strategy and the careful management of costs and productivity.
Your Key Accountabilities
People Management
As a Sales & Marketing Manager, you must have excellent interpersonal and management skills, have led a dynamic Sales team.
As a people leader of one of our biggest team of Sales Consultants and Display Home Sales Associates you have the ability to inspire, coach, guide and support your team members.
Sales Management
Drive sales growth to exceed targets. Monitor and report on display centre traffic, net deposits, cancellations, sales and marketing effectiveness to ensure our sales team are can deliver on targets and ideally exceeded them.
Provide input into sales targets and forecasts, marketing campaigns, and sales materials to ensure high quality results.
Marketing Management
Identifying opportunities and deliver effective strategies that drive growth and generate positive results for the Domaine Homes brand.
Manage a small marketing team in developing and implementing marketing strategies across a variety of paid and unpaid channels.
Ensure that market budgets are managed effectively and that campaign success is monitored.
Complete market and competitor analysis.
Customer Experience
Provide high quality services to potential new customers and existing clients to ensure that we effectively support business goals and mitigate potential risks.
