Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Set sales targets and objectives, and monitor performance to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
- Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote our fresh products and services to a wide audience.
- Identify market trends, competitive insights, and growth opportunities, and incorporate them into Sales and Marketing plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, restaurants, and food service providers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Create and reinforce brand image and loyalty through innovative marketing activities and initiatives.
- Oversee sales team to ensure clarity in work progress, individual goals, and provide support and training to boost team performance and meet sales targets.
- Foster collaboration across departments, introduce enticing incentives for employees, lift spirits among the team, and streamline operations for better efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve Sales and Marketing efforts.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Minimum of five years of experience in a sales-related role, demonstrating a strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques.
- At least one year of experience in Sales & Marketing Management within the Wholesale Fruits and Vegetables industry.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage and execute tasks in a methodical and timely manner, ensuring deadlines are not missed.
Additional Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and INPOS.
