About the opportunity:
We have a Merchandise Sales / Branch Administration position available for a customer focused sales professional to join our Holbrook branch. Reporting to the Branch and Merchandise Managers you will be a part of the team focusing on developing strong customer relationships.
- Tasks are varied and you will work across a variety of activities including customer service, administration, aid in the forecasting and ordering of inventory, preparing orders for delivery to customers. Banking.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced multi facet business responding promptly to product enquiries, resolving issues to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction whilst maintaining a welcoming, friendly work environment.
About You:
- You demonstrate a passion for the agricultural industry with a desire to succeed dealing with long term repeat customers.
- Ideally you will have agricultural industry experience with a keen interest livestock and cropping enterprises, previous success in a retail sales or customer service role an advantage.
- You will be a self-motivated person capable of nurturing and sustaining strong customer relations with the ability to follow through and “get the job done” in a fast-paced environment
- The ability and desire to learn all aspects of the agricultural retail operations and sales supporting technical staff in the field
- A current driver’s license is required; with a forklift license or MR truck license an advantage but not mandatory. Training for these will be provided for the successful applicant.
