About this role:
The Sales Operations Administrator is a permanent full-time role based in the Australian headquarters in Stafford, Brisbane. Bring your exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills to this new role and growing team.
Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager for Australia and New Zealand within the Sales Operations Team, you will provide energetic, professional and best practice service delivery to your role and the wider team.
Your responsibilities:
- A range of administrative duties including support for contracts and tender processes
- Entry and maintenance of electronic master data records
- Timely communication with stakeholders
- Assist with preparation and communicating of various reports
- Communicate professionally and effectively
- Ensuring that Applied’s agreed quality standards are maintained with regard to its products, procedures, policies, operations and customer contact

About you:
- Exceptional planning and organisational skills, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous use of SAP in a similar environment (preferred but not essential)
- Experience with GS1 NPC data management highly beneficial
- 1-2 years demonstrated experience in an administration or similar environment
- High level of computer literacy and Intermediate working knowledge of MS Office and data management software and office equipment, along with demonstrated ability to learn other programs quickly
- High level of interpersonal skills
- Analysis and problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively review other considerations in the delivery of the tasks
- Confident written and oral communicator, with proven ability to engage and build relationships with other team members and stakeholders
- Ability to remain calm and confident under pressure and drive to provide exceptional service and a happy to help attitude
- Ability to work flexibly with workload demands
