This vibrant and energetic team is looking for an experienced Office Manager / Sales Administrator / Operations person to work amongst their market-leading team.

The Position

  • Preparing and processing Contracts and Form 6's
  • Preparing listing kits/ presentations
  • Uploading properties to the internet / some ad writing
  • Scheduling OFI times
  • Booking print media advertising
  • Compiling marketing material and brochures
  • Social media management
  • Appraisal letters
  • Auction and Open Home preparation
  • Maintaining the database 
  • Weekly vendor reports
  • Office cleaning 
  • Trust Accounting

Ideal Candidate
  • 2+ years of previous in a similar role 
  • QLD Certificate of Registration

  • Solid written & verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding telephone manner & time management
  • Corporate presentation
