The Position
- Preparing and processing Contracts and Form 6's
- Preparing listing kits/ presentations
- Uploading properties to the internet / some ad writing
- Scheduling OFI times
- Booking print media advertising
- Compiling marketing material and brochures
- Social media management
- Appraisal letters
- Auction and Open Home preparation
- Maintaining the database
- Weekly vendor reports
- Office cleaning
- Trust Accounting

- 2+ years of previous in a similar role
- QLD Certificate of Registration
