About The Role
As Sales Operations Manager, you are intertwined in the lives of sales staff across PEXA. You will run sales meetings and ensure that the general operating rhythm of the Sales function across PEXA is brought to life across the various sales-focused teams. You will be comfortable with reporting up and across on sales performance, forecasting and campaign activity.

With strong attention to detail, you are comfortable being the conduit between product teams and the sales force. You hold high standards regarding product capabilities and are familiar with the facets of a go-to-market approach. Guided by a high standard of product and service delivery, you will ensure that the products and services PEXA takes to market meet that standard.

With the support of Marketing, Product and Sales teams, this role will oversee the build-out and maintenance of sales-supporting materials across current and future product lines within PEXA’s portfolio.

You have experience using CRMs (preferably Salesforce) as the primary platform through which sales teams capture activity and performance data.

Key Accountabilities
Developing and maintaining sales operating rhythms across PEXA’s sales teams.
Build and maintain pre-sales and sales-supporting materials across PEXA’s product suite.
I oversee sales performance and forecasting across PEXA’s product suite.
Providing continuous feedback to Product teams based on market intelligence accrued via sales teams.
Being a standard bearer for Product quality, working in partnership with Product and Marketing teams to ensure that Product offerings are saleable before GTM.
Upholding the principle that PEXA should be ‘easy to deal with’.
Working to instil a sales culture across all of PEXA.
Capacity planning for current and future sales campaigns.
Operationalise standardized GTM processes across PEXA for new product and service offerings.
Operationalise incorporation of SWISH Sales Training continuous improvement into sales processes and product scripts.
Skills and Experience
5+ years in sales team management/sales operations roles.
10+ years working in sales environments
Experience in campaign monitoring activity reporting, activity reporting and performance reporting within CRMs (preferably Salesforce).
Experience in legal or property sectors or delivering technology solutions would be advantageous.
