About the role:
We have a great opportunity to support our ANZ team, in a Full Time/Hybrid capacity for a Sales Operations Manager, to ensure the implementation and tracking of brand strategy, leading efficiencies across B2B customer service, providing support and monitoring of projects across the brand teams and producing detailed sales analysis across the ANZ business.
The Sales Operations Manager works across may areas of the Jurlique business, crossing over with International & National Commercial Sales/Marketing, Education, eCommerce, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, 3RD party logistics providers, Warehouses, IT/IS and Finance.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Analysis responsibilities:
- Collate and produce on-time, accurate reports, to the agreed specifications and frequency as defined by Retail Director
- Extract sales data from online portals for Department Stores & National TR weekly/monthly and upload for KPI reporting
- Provide a comprehensive analysis to Retail Director on Concept, Department & Wholesale channel daily sales reports and provide accurate analysis on data and consumer trends across ANZ channels
- Support monthly reporting for global meetings and biannual strategy decks for department stores.
Operational Responsibilities:
- Support the ANZ team with execution of the Jurlique brand strategy, management tools, systems and frameworks across Australia, New Zealand and TR channels.
- Accurately calculate commission payments for retail sales team in accordance with commission structure and providing details to payroll and finance
- Liaise with retailers and external stakeholders to ensure delivery dates are met or extended where necessary.
- Accountable for Vend products, promotions and tracking set up for all stores including User accounts
- Act as a Brand guardian by developing strong relationships across the organisation and with key external partners
- Create buysheets and facilitate code changes for each channel (DS, Pharmacies, TR) coordinating new product launches on a seasonal basis
- Management of regular store maintenance and property needs.
- Support the Retail Director by facilitating property meeting and store development schedule.
- Assist across global departments when required to support the needs of the Jurlique business.
- Coordinate Brand & ANZ Events Nationally (including ANZ Marketing, Brand, Education, Sales & Promotional conferences)
- Assist in the management of invoicing, coding and budget tracking.
- Responsible for the management of inventory and store supplies including Beauty Room supplies, testers, collateral.
Management Responsibilities:
- Manage the Sales Operations Specialist role in relation to all wholesale order responsibilities, Vend and all other operational tasks to support the sales network.
- Support in the creation and maintenance of operational processes and procedures in line with business needs and to meet governance requirements
About you:
Knowledge & Skills
- Experience in Retail Operations role across diverse sales channels or equivalent would be highly desirable
- Strong numeracy skills and analytical accuracy across a range of internal and external data sources
- Strong organisational and time management skills to balance competing priorities and coordinate multiple projects
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to manage stakeholders
- Highly flexible, approachable and resilient
- Strong team player with a positive ‘can do’ attitude
