Your role:
· General all round administration support & database management
· Assistance in preparing properties for sale including organising & attending photo shoots, writing advertising copy and co-ordinating marketing with our in-house team
· Help with excess buyer inspections and callbacks
· Assisting in post-sale activities including attending building & pest inspections, valuations & pre-settlement inspections.
Essential requirements for this position include:
· Minimum of 1 years' experience in a real estate personal assistant role
· Current Queensland real estate sales certificate & driver's licence
· Excellent knowledge and experience in Rex or similar CRM system
· Professional, friendly phone manner and ability to relate well to people
· Exceptional writing and administration skills as well as high attention to detail
· Excellent time management skills and ability to organize a busy agent
· Good understanding of social media
· Polished, professional presentation
The role:
* Flexible 38 hour week
* Providing first class service standards and regular communication to our buyers and sellers
* Preparation of all marketing and prospecting materials
* Lead generation and prospecting
* Buyer follow up
* Diary management
* Attending building inspections, bank valuations & open homes
* Attending sales training, sales meetings and company events
* Prospecting – letter box drops including just appraised, just listed, invite to open home, invite to auction, just sold etc
* Generate listing / appraisal appointments
* Door knocking for clean geographical data
* Monthly e-news report to all database
* Administration duties, data entry and database management
* Preparing agent for OFI’s, folders and brochures
* Social media management
The successful person will have:
* A current QLD real estate registration, essential
* A drivers licence and reliable car, essential
* The highest level of personal presentation
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Previous real estate experience
* Exceptional organisational and administration skills
* Strong marketing and social media skills
* A friendly and very helpful personality
* A strong ability to prioritise and problem solve
* A loyal and hardworking nature
