AddressCity Eye Surgeons is looking for a part-time receptionist to join us at our St Kilda Road clinic in Melbourne. Medical reception and experience with Zedmed software is preferred but not mandatory. Training provided. Flexible hours available.
Duties include:
- Handling phone calls, appointments, enquiries and bookings
- Billing and receipting
- Maintaining patient records, elective surgery bookings, administrative tasks
Criteria:
- Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Has high level of accuracy and attention to details, organisational and time-management skills
