Our client is a worldwide well-known and highly respected brand in the electronics industry. This position will sit within the Client Solutions and Sales Team based at the Sydney Olympic Park Office. This role requires an individual to work 4 days in the office and 1 day WFH.About the role:As a Sales Planner, you will be responsible for supporting our Client Solutions and Sales teams in executing advertiser’s campaign goals. Specifically, you will play an active role in RFIs, proposal building and IO approval process, as well as provide ongoing support through the execution and review of Samsung Campaigns.If you have experience working in client solutions or ad sales, are a strong and frequent communicator, take pride in the materials you create and have the ability to multitask and thrive in a results-based sales environment, then this could be the opportunity for you!Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute the pre-sales process based on the opportunities and goals clients present
- Play a key role in building RFPs and IO approvals while ensuring timelines and goals are met.
- Support Client Solutions Managers across the Campaigns Lifecycle, assisting in the creation of proposals, implementation process and post campaign delivery and billing.
- Work cross functionally with varying departments (Ad Operations, Inventory, Marketing, Finance, etc.)
- Develop a deep understanding of Samsung Ads products and sales offerings.
- Support the Client Solutions and Sales Leadership Team on client focused tasks.
- Create processes as needed to streamline efficiencies while working with the CSM leadership team.
- Support Sales and Client Solutions leadership team with some administrative tasks
- 2+ years’ experience in Client Solutions or Ad Sales, CTV or buying experience (a plus)
- Experience with media planning, building RFP/RFIs (an asset)
- Proficiency with Microsoft office Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
- Good knowledge of digital advertising and its relationship with traditional advertising.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage the needs of multiple stakeholders and adhere to timelines.
- Independent and driven to succeed.
