We are looking for a Financial Planner to join our team and assist our clientele with comprehensive Cashflow and Debt strategies, leveraging Investment property as a means to build wealth effectively.

If you have boutique advisory experience and know financial planning legislation and strategy like the back of your hand then again, we would like to meet you.
Required Technical skills.
The following are required (but not limited to) technical skills;
- Knowledge of Financial planning strategies including specialist advice areas
- RG146 / Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning, Degree in Financial Planning or relevant qualification
- Experience using financial planning CRM
- Strong knowledge of debt, investment and cashflow strategies
Whilst technical skills are very important, we require you to have the following;
- Strong customer service ability to maintain and build existing relationships, and build rapport easily and quickly
- Experience to assess a client’s circumstances and identify planning issues
- Ability to think outside the box, be a lateral thinker
- Strong written, verbal & listening skills
- Highly intuitive, curious and willing to learn
- High accountability, take pride in your work, be dependable and trustworthy
- Well organised with strong administration and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Willingness to assist colleagues when required
- Be well presented and strive to be the trusted adviser in client relationships
- Exercise empathy and genuinely care about the client’s financial growth and wellbeing
- Wholistic view of financial planning
Day to day duties include (but not limited to);
- Conducting either face-to-face or digital appointments with existing clients
- Maintain high quality and respected client relationships
- Ensuring the review process is followed
- Liaising with staff and helping where required to implement client investment strategies
- Communicating with client and potential clients
