We have a Sunshine Coast Sales representative role available for immediate start.
This role will include:
- Working with new and established customers across the Sunshine Coast and greater Brisbane area. Creating innovative strategies that range from account planning to in-store merchandising and promotional activities with the goal of increasing sales across all segments of business.
- Developing new business opportunities and fully engaging with them to get to know their needs to best support them.
- Assist in the development of the 10Toes brand by monitoring current trends and changes in competitor products and activity and recommending changes as you see fit.
- Contributing to the development and continual improvement of marketing and sales plans.
- Executing promotional events and activities when required
- Maintain CRM in line with requirements and develop effective and efficient call plans.
- Represent 10Toes Brewing at selected offsite events ranging from Beer Festivals and in venue events such as tastings.
- Complete necessary administrative reporting and communications on a timely basis.
A LITTLE ABOUT YOU
- Previous experience in a Sales role, particularly in FMCG or liquor
- Strong industry and retailer network would be highly regarded.
- A strategic, relationship-driven approach to sales that is successful in today’s competitive market.
- Passion for Craft Beer
- Strong financial acumen and reporting skills
- A focus on Quality, High achievement, community, integrity
- Exceptional customer service focus at all times
- Excellent time management skills: able to be proactive and take initiative.
- Current Australian driver’s license and RSA
