As a member of the team, your key responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling of service jobs and allocation to the appropriate technicians
- Handling customer orders, enquiries, service reports and maintaining the client database
- Data entry of purchase orders and invoices
- Maintaining high levels of communication excellence with internal and external stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven administrative experience ideally in a technical, mechanical or service environment.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Experience in an administration role that demands high accuracy levels.
- Excellent customer service skills and experience in customer liaison via phone, email, and in-person.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with ERP Software and quality systems.
