The role:
We are looking for a skilled Sales Representative to drive sales and promote our services to potential clients looking to build a home. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a deep understanding of construction processes, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
General duties:
- Understanding clients' needs and preferences to recommend suitable home designs and customisation options.
- Presenting proposals and guiding clients through the home building process, from initial consultation to contract signing.
- Building and maintaining relationships with potential clients
- Collaborating with our design and construction teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to identify opportunities for business growth.
Skills required:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative in the home building or real estate industry, with a strong understanding of residential construction processes.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to listen to clients' needs and preferences and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client meetings as needed.
