Pre-Requisite

A Field Sales Representative at our coffee roastery must be a dynamic, engaging and professional individual with a deep appreciation for coffee and a passion for people and sales. They must possess excellent communication skills, maintain a high degree of ownership, display an ability to create synergy, demonstrate care and possess a strong belief in our coffee roastery's ethos. They should be flexible with working schedules and available to travel for sales visits during business hours.

Job Purpose

The Field Sales Representative is the primary point of contact for our coffee roastery's clients. They are responsible for sales, client management, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Their role is focused on developing and maintaining relationships with current clients, prospecting for new clients, and promoting our products with a focus on improving synergy, sales volume, efficiency, and profitability. The Field Sales Representative must demonstrate exceptional customer service, represent our brand and values, and work towards fulfilling our mission to leave customers more satisfied than before their interaction with us.

Key Result Areas

Sales Operations: Effective sales processes must be implemented and followed to allow the business to reach its full potential. These sales strategies should emphasize efficiency and volume to ensure that sales goals are met without compromising product quality or customer satisfaction. Once implemented, these systems need to be constantly reviewed, monitored, and adjusted based on feedback and sales results to maintain their effectiveness.

Client Relationship Management: Our philosophy is centered around doing the right thing for us and for our clients. This philosophy should be maintained by implementing efficient practices for managing relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. The role of a Field Sales Representative involves clear communication and understanding of the client's needs and expectations. Professional Development & Training: Continuous learning and development is crucial in the competitive coffee industry. The Field Sales Representative must commit to ongoing training to stay informed about the latest trends, products, and selling techniques.
