Role/Department Description: Responsibilities:
30% Prospecting into FactSet core and non-core industries. Uncovering new opportunities that FactSet is not present in 25% Actively working with consultants to manage trial process 15% Collaboration with PD to provide feedback on prospective client needs and competitive analysis 15% Develop a universal knowledge of the FactSet platform to facilitate product demonstrations to new and existing clients; Utilize FactSet SMEs to demonstrate detailed FactSet product capabilities 10% Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the finance industry, current market trends and economic factors in order to maintain a competitive edge and form sales strategies 5% Diligently maintain the sales cycle from prospecting to trial to closing new clients Required Skills: Bachelor's degree required 7+ years of experience required Strong technical skills and deep FactSet product knowledge, and strong analytical skills Broad and up-to-date knowledge of the financial technology industry including trends and market demands Proven ability to identify sales opportunities with new clients Collaborative team player with a strong sense for creating a positive customer experience to clients Hunter mentality who is not deterred by rejection Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to inspire confidence and maintain composure in stressful situations
