Acton Belle Property Cottesloe is seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Representative to join our team based in Nedlands on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue sales and leasing opportunities in the commercial Real Estate market
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and properties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, developers, and other industry professionals
- Investigate, prepare, and present property appraisals, listings, proposals, and marketing materials to clients
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales and leasing agreements on behalf of clients
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales and leasing process
- Stay informed about market trends, property values, and industry regulations.
Skills:
- At least three years of proven experience as a Real Estate Representative
- Valid Real Estate License
- Strong understanding of the commercial Real Estate market and property management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office and Real Estate software.
Annual remuneration: $70,000 + superannuation (+ attractive commission structure)
