From our first brew cracked in Jason’s original “big shed”, to our speccy new brewery and taproom at Royal Park address we’re still sharing good brews and company.

We now have a fantastic opportunity for a creative, curious and customer obsessed person to join the Big Shed Brewing family. The role will be responsible for driving presence and distribution across the South Australian marketplace whilst building brand awareness of the Big Shed brand. The Sales Representative will drive sustainable customer partnerships to grow Big Shed Brewing’s existing footprint, allowing more customers and consumers to engage with our fantastic brand!

This is a permanent full-time role based in metropolitan South Australia, with some travel and after-hours work. Reporting to the National Sales Manager this is an opportunity to play a critical role and make tangible impact on a great South Australian success story, that’s only just beginning!

Position Objective:

The Sales Representative is responsible for servicing existing customers and hunting new opportunities within their sales area to:

  • grow points of distribution
  • maximise executional opportunities.
  • drive accountability &
  • build brand engagement.

With the support of the National Sales Manager, the Sales Representative will identify, prioritise new opportunities for growth, and build awareness of the Big Shed Brewing brand. The Sales Representative will cultivate sustainable customer partnerships to ensure Big Shed is regarded as a “must stock” brand and deliver the three-way win for consumers, customers & Big Shed Brewing.

Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager accountabilities include:

Availability

  • Leverage insights to grow distribution footprint ensuring Big Shed is stocked and ranged optimised for customers.
  • Implement effective strategies to maximise distributions.
  • Achieve targets and goals set for your area. 
  • Deliver best in class execution ensuring maximum visual impact and availability.

Price

  • Grow revenue in your patch.
  • Ensure delivery of any customer / group commitments 

People

  • Be customer obsessed.

  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation.
