The Role:
As a Sales Representative/Account Manager at Big Chief Hire, Port Augusta, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while also identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You will play a critical role in driving sales growth and revenue generation for our company.
Reporting to the State Manager, this role will see you servicing the States mid north including Port Augusta, Whyalla, Port Pire, Roxby Downs and surrounds.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including cold calls, emails, networking, and social media.
- Consultative Selling: Understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives, effectively demonstrating the value of our products/services.
- Maintain Client Relationships: Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and continued business.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the company's overall revenue goals.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities and threats.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients.
- Sales Reporting: Accurately track and report sales activities, leads, and customer interactions using our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
About You:
- Proven experience in sales or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. We welcome applications from both entry-level and experienced candidates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
