We are a family-owned business that has grown to be at the forefront of the manufacturing and supply of high-quality insulated panel systems. Our products include roof, wall, ceiling, and patio systems, plus a wide range of accessories.
About the role
With our business continuing to develop and grow, Delta Panels is looking for an External Sales Representative to join our sales team to assist with meeting demand. You will be working externally and looking after a few areas in Sydney NSW. The right candidate will need to adapt and learn the Delta Panel's products to effectively fulfill this role. Our head office is located in Brisbane so you will be required to travel here for meetings/ trainings occasionally.
About You
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience/ on-road sales experience.
- Experience in constructions/ home improvement markets.
- Knowledge of Insulated Panels is an advantage.
- Be able to work independently and under pressure.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Relationship building.
- Ability to close deals.
- Positive can-do attitude.
- Agile and adaptable.
- Ethical, accountable, and responsible.
- Be highly motivated and results-driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills.
Primarily you will be responsible for the following:
- Achieving monthly budget.
- Maintain and grow customer base while developing long-term relationships.
- Ability to plan activity, manage territory and identify opportunities.
- Quoting, following up, and securing orders.
- Resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services.
- Obtain and maintain high levels of product knowledge.
- Provide industry-leading customer service.
- Regularly report progress to the Sales Manager on achievements.
