Our Company

Since 1978 Flexihire has been providing quality equipment hire services throughout Queensland and NSW. We are looking to appoint a professional Sales Representative to join the Flexihire team in the Emerald & Moranbah Region, reporting to the National Sales Manager.

Role

In this role you will be required to develop new clients, as well as maximize sales opportunities with already established clients, you will interpret customer needs and identify suitable products to satisfy clients requirements. As a Flexihire representative, you will work to further develop business relationships in the region, always provide industry leading service to our clients and a high level of customer satisfaction, working closely with the Branch Managers & Sales Team in the region.

The Skills you will require are a strong background in cold calling and developing new relationships, as well as maintaining strong relationships with an established client base, however you will need to be able to understand and grow the business in all market segments from Sole traders, Local & State Government bodies to National companies.

To be considered for this dynamic role you must have the following skills and experience.

• A Passion to provide the best possible service levels to your clients,
• Proven sales background (Mining/industrial/construction/civil, desirable)
•  Sales or Customer Service into the Civil Construction/Infrastructure, Fixed Plant Processing, Mining or Building industry.
• The ability to develop New Business relationships in a competitive and complex marketplace.
• Commercial business awareness
• Be a team player and have a consistent desire to contribute at a high level
• General Hire / Access Equipment experience highly regarded.
• Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Based Mackay/Emerald/Moranbah.
