About the business and the role
Hornibrooks Tools & Fasteners is a supplier to the building and Construction Industry. We supply construction Fasteners and Power Tools as well as having an in house repair service. Due to continued growth we now require a full time Sales Representative to liaise with current customers and obtain new business – both with new customers, and expanding our range with current customers.
Job tasks and responsibilities
Reporting directly to the company's Management, the duties for this role will include:
- Account management of current customers
- New business development
- Identifying and contacting key decision makers at potential customers
Regular reporting to Management with sales reports information
Skills and experience

The successful applicant will have:
- Sales experience in the building industry is preferred, not essential
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Be self motivated, well organised with a positive attitude
- High level problem solving capabilities
- Sound record of building relationships with buying personnel
