About the Opportunity
We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join the team as a Sales Representative for our Donaldson product group. Based out of the Dandenong branch, this role will have you delivering a high level of support to customers in the region by acting as the key point of contact for their parts requirements.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Managing relationships in an existing network of customers within the territory
- Growth and new business development of the Donaldson Filter reseller network
- Undertake negotiations with Resellers/Customers regarding the renewal of their filtration reseller or supply agreements
- Accurate reporting of current and prospective activity, growth potential, market and competitor analysis
- Coordinating with relevant departments to ensure that all customer queries and requirements are attended to promptly while maintaining exceptional customer service
As the ideal candidate, you will have:
- Demonstrated sales experience and success
- Experience in Earthmoving, Mining or associated industries is preferred
- Genuine desire to deliver Hitachi's promise of Total Customer Satisfaction as you develop and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Previous experience with the use of CRM
- A motivated and competitive drive to meet and exceed sales targets
- A current driver's license and the ability to travel frequently
