Who is M-Elec? We are a leading lighting/electrical company dedicated to delivering high-quality products/services to our customers Australia Wide. As we continue to grow and innovate, we are seeking a dynamic influencer to join our Tasmania team! 

Key responsibilities:  

Product Knowledge Proficiency: Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of our products and solutions, including technical specifications and applications.

Technical Problem-Solving: Successfully address technical inquiries and challenges from clients, showcasing expertise and providing effective solutions. 

Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with electricians across Hobart, fostering trust and loyalty through effective communication and engagement.

Brand Recognition: Increase awareness and recognition of our brand within the Tasmania region, positioning us as a trusted and reputable provider of electrical solutions.

Industry Networking: Build a robust network of industry contacts and partnerships, facilitating collaboration and opportunities for mutual growth and support.

Experience required:   

Overall, we are looking for candidates who are passionate about the electrical industry, possess a strong sales acumen, and are dedicated to delivering value to our clients through exceptional service and support. While specific experience requirements may vary, a combination of sales experience, technical knowledge, client engagement skills, and a customer-centric mindset is essential for success in this role.

About the group:  

For 18 years we have been building our group (M-Holdings - www.mholdings.com.au) to operate within Australia and now expanding globally via our operation in China. We are led by a CEO who is passionate about creating products and getting them to market through skilled people. The group began in Queensland, Australia with the Mobbs family’s small electrical business on the Sunshine Coast. Identifying gaps in the electrical wholesale market, Tim Mobbs designed a range of products suitable for electricians which quickly became highly demanded. After rapidly growing the founding company (M-Elec Pty Ltd) over several years, other businesses were started or acquired to serve several markets. Now, the group designs, manufactures and supplies to a wide range of industry including defence, electrical wholesale, mining, telecommunications, and EV infrastructure.
