Commission only role at $600 per sale after the onboarding period.
OTE $80K-$110K+, uncapped.
Retainer/weekly draw paid during onboarding period until you are ramped up.
Full time hours, remote work available. Office based in Sydney if preferred.

We provide business solutions, tools and resources to help our Members through our exyt™ Accelerator program.
We have an exciting opportunity for two seasoned setters to join the exyt™ Advisory Team. We have a proven sales process and strategy that works and this opportunity is to engage experienced Australian business owners on the phone, via email and on social media, to create, qualify and set deals for our team of closers.
We have worked with 1000 businesses, this is a proven opportunity with plenty of testimonials.
You will be part of a team, we like it that way. Some of our team work from our Sydney office, fast internet, cool people, private phone booths, good coffee on the doorstep, water nearby. You can also WFH, ideally still Aus or Syd based.
With a commission-only role, you're in control of your earning potential. Your earning potential is a function of your commitment to your craft, and desire to be elite. Comms are uncapped from us, and more leads will be provided to top earners.
About You:
Proven track record of a strong sales career is a must for this opportunity. No newbies. You will be self motivated and experienced in dealing with Australian business owners and business problems.
You will receive inbound & outbound opportunities, set by the marketing efforts of the company and you will also be confident in creating your own opportunities through prospecting and pipeline follow-up.
Your exceptional sales skills will ensure that you are nurturing leads and making sure they are engaged and see value in our offers. You would also be comfortable in objection handling.
You will be 100% coachable and responsible for making results-driven decisions. You are super hungry, results focused and generally just a good human to join our exciting growth and fast paced culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Comfortable on the phones, dialling and having high quality conversations with Australian Business Owners
- Facilitate outbound & inbound ‘ exyt™ Plan Calls’ using our proven process to qualify prospects (opportunities) and book them in for an ‘ exyt™ Blueprint Call’
- If needed, generate new opportunity through LinkedIn and other channels to keep a full calendar via your own prospecting & follow ups
- Manage/maintain sales pipeline using our CRM throughout the day
- Document all interactions with all prospects & clients in the notes
- Communicate with the team and Senior Business Advisor (Closer), providing feedback on the conversations had with prospects and the quality/quantity of leads to ensure a smooth handover into the exyt™ Blueprint Call
- Track lead quality and inbound booked call data for the Marketing team
- Educate prospects on our services & products, nurturing them using testimonials, trainings videos or reports and the facebook group
- Manage sms/email campaigns or follow ups and respond to any replies
- Maintain a professional online and face to face image, in line with our brand
- Daily execution of team & administrative tasks including your end of day numbers, weekly projections and data tracking
- Attend all team and 1-1 meetings as they are scheduled
