Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, you'll play a vital role in generating, qualifying, and closing deals for our property and mortgage-backed loan products. Company profile: HOBAN Recruitment have partnered with a leading financial services provider offering general investment advice, execution services, corporate advisory, and equities research to clients in corporate, wholesale, and retail financial markets. Operating in Australia and North America, our client focuses on delivering timely and trusted strategic advice to clients, allowing them the freedom to participate in various financial products. Their corporate advisory services team, comprised of experienced professionals, assists corporate clients in functions such as mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, investments, divestments, and share buybacks. This position entails making high-volume calls to both existing and prospective clients. All calls will be made to warm leads, meaning that the client has already engaged with us before we initiate contact. In this role you will be responsible for initiating initial contact, establishing rapport, and either guiding the client through a walkthrough or webinar, assigning them to a senior closer, or personally closing the deal once they have a comprehensive understanding of our services, pricing, and processes Key Responsibilities:
Engage with pre-qualified leads
Identify and qualify potential investors
Present compelling investment opportunities
Provide detailed information about various investment offerings
Cultivate strong and lasting client relationships
Ensure compliance with legal requirements
Respond promptly to ad hoc client requests
Skills You'll Bring:
Proficiency in using CRM software
Effective management of a lead pipeline
Relationship building with potential investors
Strong understanding of the sales process
Negotiation and deal closure
Do you have:
3+ years of sales experience, preferably in Financial Services
Strong interest in Finance
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to connect with and sell to sophisticated High Net Worth investors
