We are currently seeking experienced Sales Staff to join our team for an upcoming event on the Sunshine Coast. Please see details below and apply only if a suitable fit.
Location: Watergardens Shopping Centre
Dates and Times:
Shifts available every day from Monday 24th of June until Sunday 7th of July.
Exact times TBC, will most likely be between 9am and 5:30pm daily.

Role:
The role will be to act as a Brand Ambassador for our client by giving out free toothbrushes and flyers while encouraging potential customers to book in an appointment (with a free gift card incentive).
The main goal of this activation is to get as many appointments booked as possible with a minimum target of 25 per day. (Most experienced Sales Staff can get between 18-50 depending on how good you are and the tips and trick you use). If you get 25 booked, you will receive an additional bonus per shift.
You will likely work also alongside a local staff member from the company and a tooth fairy character on some shifts. On those days your target will be increased to 35 bookings per day.
We are looking for staff who are willing to be really approachable and enthusiastic and able to work towards achieving the target every shift.
This role requires you to produce results so we’re looking for staff with a back ground in sales or lead generation. If you are not capable of producing results and working towards a KPI, please don't apply for this position. Under performing staff will be taken off remaining shifts if necessary.
Skills and qualifications
- Strong sales, persuasion and closing skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to meet and exceed kpis and targets set
- Exceptional communication skills
Preferred qualifications
- At least 1 year of sales or lead generation experience (commission based preferred)
- Demonstrated understanding of changing up sales tactics to close sales
- Ability to handle pressure and adapt in stressful environments
- Willingness to achieve set kpis and targets
- Ability to communicate effectively and negotiate
