About the opportunity
We are looking for a team member to join the Rural Products team on a permanent, full-time basis in Deloraine.
As our Sales Support and administration person, you will provide exceptional customer service and logistics support to the Branch Rural Products team. Supported by the Elders network, you will be provided with the tools necessary for you to grow in your career.
Responsibilities
Provide tailored solutions to clients by taking the time to understand their business needs
Work closely in a small, tight knit team
Administrative support for the Rural sales process
Co-ordinating client queries or referring to specialised employees
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, recommending the Elders range of products and services that will strengthen the growth of their business
Managing goods inwards and outwards
Inventory management
Inventory forecasting and ordering
Processing sales
About you
To thrive in this role, you:
Are committed to the provision of high-quality customer service
High-quality communication and customer service skills
Work effectively under pressure with the ability to manage multiple demands
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
Can work independently and have good time management skills
Passionate about agriculture and a desire to develop a career in agribusiness
Have a driver’s licence (essential) and a forklift licence would be advantage
