About the Role
Join our global company, AkzoNobel, and step into the pivotal role of SAP Expert based in our Brisbane office in Willawong. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will play a vital part in ensuring our operations run seamlessly in the Northern Region (QLD, NSW & ACT).
Key Responsibilities:
The role will see you being the primary support person to the Regional Sales Manager and the regional sales team with day-to-day operational assistance in managing customer requirements, process initiatives, marketing materials, SAP management, training and escalations, MDG process, pricing and general administration duties for the Northern Region (QLD, NSW & ACT).
- Proactively supporting the Sales & specification team, Customer Service, Product Management, Marketing, Accounts, IT and Sales in continuous process improvement, coordinating and organising meetings, and supporting contract management matters.
- Being the key regional contact for addressing all SAP-related queries, which may include access, reporting, training, and configuration, along with maintaining and updating customer price lists both physical and in SAP.
- Providing information and documentation to customers with a high degree of focus on quality and consistency along with assisting with sales optimisation and internal and external communications.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for SAP/GBS customer maintenance, encompassing tasks such as managing new accounts, editing/closing accounts, assisting AR & sales teams with overdue and invoice queries upon request, and interacting with 3rd party external portals like Ariba.
We are looking for someone with previous experience (about 3-5 years) in a similar role, that has highly developed interpersonal, organisational and communication skills and is driven and self-motivated. Our ideal candidate will:

- Possess strong computer skills and experience with SAP
- Hold a degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
